What is Universal Translator?
Universal Translator is an AI-powered desktop software for bulk translation of documents (Excel, CSV, Word, TXT). It features offline AI models for 100% data privacy, GPU acceleration, and specialized e-commerce features like SEO keyword generation and marketing style translation.
How does the token system work?
1 token ≈ 4 characters of processed text. Tokens are consumed only when you perform translations using PRO AI modules. You can buy token packs (2M, 5M, 10M) or a lifetime license. Tokens never expire and are non-refundable.
Is my data really private?
Yes. When using the offline AI models (up to 27 billion parameters), your documents never leave your computer. No internet connection is required for translation. This makes Universal Translator ideal for NDAs, legal documents, and sensitive corporate data.
What hardware do I need?
Minimum: Windows 10/11 64-bit, CPU with AVX2 (Intel/AMD 2015+), 8GB RAM. Recommended: 16-32GB RAM, a Vulkan-compatible GPU (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) with 4-24GB VRAM for up to 2000% faster processing.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the software, token purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing tokens and using the software, you waive your right of withdrawal. Please test the free version first (if available) or contact support with questions.
Does it work with Mac or Linux?
Currently Universal Translator is built for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). Mac and Linux versions are under consideration based on demand.
